Cegrinski found it strange to play against Barcelona

Dymitro Cegrinski defender Shakhtar Donetsk consider playing against Barcelona in the European Super Cup on Friday “a bit strange”, since he knows he is about to move to the club during the next few days.

Cegrinski told reporters  losing to Barcelona after the game extended to extra time “The game was against a team you know that within a few days will be your team  a bit strange but once whistle started  announcing the start of the game I’ve been totally focused in the game.”

He added: “I think I might go to Barcelona on Sunday to undergo medical tests and I hope that things are going well so I can sign the contract.”

The Spanich  media estimated the deal is worth about 25 million euros (36 million dollars).

Barcelona chasing Chgrinski

The Primera Liga and Champions League champ announced  that it seeks to contract with the Ukrainian international defender Dmytro Chgrinski  Shakhtar Donetsk player.

Barcelona agreed to let Cáceres Join  Juventus

Uruguay defender Martin Cáceres Preparing to join  Juventus on loan for one season after he failed to reserve a spot in Barcelona Team,

The 22-year-old Cáceres arrived Turino on Saturday morning, And he  passed Juventus medical checks,

The deal declaration depends on the formal  by the two clubs on the next few days .

Upon arrival to the city of  Turino,  Cáceres told the Spanish newspaper  “S”  saying : “I am very happy to be here with Juventus, I can not wait to start my new job”

Cáceres will start training with Juventus for the first time when the team comeback from Spain, where there are currently participating in the Peace Cup friendly tournament.

Ibrahimovic signs for Barcelona

After he comes through medical tests

‘Ibra’ came through his medical ahead of officially signing for the club earlier today. FC Barcelona doctor Ricard Pruna confirmed that the medical team would be working to come up with a programme to help fix the hand the striker broke last week.

It was an intense morning for Ibrahimovic who was given tests and x-rays at the Hospital de Barcelona at 9.30 this morning before having further tests on his heart and muscles at the club’s own health centre in the Nou Camp.

Following the tests, Dr Pruna explained: “we took a good look at his broken hand-it’s a break at the base of the second metacarpal on his left hand. We’ll have to try and fix it so he can get back to playing as soon as possible. We’ll get together this afternoon and decide what treatment we’ll be giving him”.

Ibrahimovic broke his hand in a friendly against Chelsea last week on Inter’s US Tour.

Ibrahimovic signs five-year contract

Zlatan Ibrahimovic put pen to paper earlier this evening and agreed a five-year contract with the club in a deal which also sees Samuel Eto’o sign for Inter and Alexander Hleb move on loan.

At about quarter past seven this evening Zlatan Ibrahimovic officially became a Barca player after signing the contract that brings him to the club for the next five years.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic, accompanied by his agent Mino Raiola, signed the contract in Joan Laporta’s office with the President, Txiki Begiristain and club Vice-President Rafael Yuste representing the club.

46 million plus Eto’o and Hleb

Barça will pay 46 million Euros to Inter, as well as Eto’o, valued at 20 million and the loan of Alexander Hleb for a season. If Inter wish to sign the Belarus midfielder after his loan period, they have a first option to buy at 10 million Euros, plus 2 million according to appearances and results.

Ibrahimovic’s buy-out clause has been set at 250 million Euros.

Barcelona coach Josep “Pep” Guardiola told Sky Sports : ”I don’t think that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be our last signing this summer. We need new players in other positions. Lately, it is not easy to sign a lot of top players, but we will try”.

Belarus midfielder Alexander Hleb Denied to move to Inter Milan and he will remain with the Spanish club Barcelona.

The player said in an interview published today on the German “Sport Bild”
